The Deck featured was a redo . The homeowner was taken advantage of by the last contractor. The deck was basically floating on two 4x4s and had begun to fail . We in turn had to dismantle the entire thing . pour and install over 12 new footings and attempt to salvage the clients old wood . however we still had to replace 100% of the underside because the joists used were too short in the original build. to begin with . We actually lost money on this rebuild but we do what we can to help our Seniors.

This project involved The expansion of the entry way into the dining room from 32in to 5ft. We also closed off one of 4 entrances into the space to allow for more cabinet space. In the process of attempting to prep one of the walls to hang cabinets , we discovered a pocket door!!! Perfect discovery because it closed off the basement entry from the kitchen!
